All patterns are downloadable – no hard copies are shipped. After you have made your purchases, a download link will be sent to your email address where you can download your patterns, except:
- If you are using a free email address i.e. gmail.com, yahoo.com, it may take approximately 8 hours before your order is processed, thereafter you will receive your download information
- If you are using PayPal, it may take a few hours for processing; thereafter you will receive your download information
Products that contain more than one pattern and/or step-by-step instructions will consist of a WinRAR zip file.
Use 7Zip software to unzip the WinRAR file. If you do not already have 7-Zip installed on your computer, go HERE for a FREE DOWNLOAD of this software:
When the download window pops up, select “SAVE” and save it to your ‘desktop’. It is not a large file and the download does not take long.
Double click the new icon on your desktop and choose “RUN” to install the software on your computer. Confirm the install location - the standard destination folder is C:\Program files\7-Zip\ and click on “INSTALL”. To open the file, there are a few options depending on your set-up i.e. your version of Windows:
- Right-click the ".rar" file > 7-Zip > extract here
- Right-click the ".rar" file > 7-Zip > open archive
- Right-click the ".rar" file > 7-Zip > extract to – choose where you want to save the files
