All patterns are downloadable – no hard copies are shipped. After you have made your purchases, a download link will be sent to your email address where you can download your patterns, except:
- If you are using a free email address i.e. gmail.com, yahoo.com, it may sometimes take a few hours before your order is processed, thereafter you will receive your download information
- If you are using PayPal, it may sometimes take a few hours for processing; thereafter you will receive your download information
Products that contain more than one pattern and/or step-by-step instructions will consist of a PDF file. Single file products are either in JPEG or PDF format
